Unity

The Bible teaches the importance of unity.  Unity with others is good and pleasant (Psalm 133:1).  Because the church is the “body of Christ” (1 Corinthians 12:27), unity is essential and it is hard for a body to be in conflict with itself.  Jesus’ plan for His church is people unified in the faith.  So how do you start to be in unity?  A key verse that tells us how is Philippians 2:3: “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.”

Fall Festival 2016

Join us October the 15th, starting at 11:00 AM for a fall festival in Blount County AL. (County Hwy 5) for family fun.  Free Event.  We will have games, prizes, and a hayride; hot dogs, cake and pie contest,  s'mores and more.

Join us as we study "Baskets in the Bible". From the Old Testament to the New, baskets have been a part of many great lessons in the Bible.
